What to Expect:
• Purifying Breath: Experience a double inhale through the nose, followed by a long, audible exhale. This technique reinflates collapsed lung sacs, maximising their surface area to efficiently release carbon dioxide and promote deep cleaning of the body.
• Dhyana Mudra: Use this hand position to cultivate inner peace, clarity, and mindfulness. It aids in calming the mind, enhancing focus, and accessing deeper introspection.
• Channelling Archetypes: Bring to mind an archetype such as the king/queen, warrior, or magician. Connect with their energy to gain clarity and guidance, allowing their wisdom to inspire your next steps.
• Metta Meditation: Practise selfless love by sending out energies of peace, harmony, and happiness to all beings, fostering a sense of interconnectedness and compassion.
